What is the relationship between accommodations & accessible instructional materials? How are they the same? How are they different? Is one a subset of the other?

Accessible instructional materials are determined by the student needs. A paper text book is accessible to some individuals but not others. An ebook is accessible to some individuals but not others. If you have a classroom with material readily available in multiple formats, you have UDL. Accommodations must be made when the format of instructional materials are limited.
